SAN’s mission is “to promote and support social accounting as the preferred means whereby organisations operating in the community, social economy and public sectors report on their social, environmental and economic performance and impact”. SAN distributes information regularly to a growing email network worldwide; provides training courses in social accounting and audit and manages a Register of SAN approved social auditors.
